Exam Information

There are two classifications for Environmental Health Scientist in Utah: Environmental Health Scientist-In-Training and Environmental Health Scientist. For more information about the exam requirements for each of these professions, please see below.

Environmental Health Scientist

The Environmental Health Scientist has two exam requirements, both are list below.

Registered Environmental Health Specialist / Registered Sanitarian (REHS/RS): This examination is administered by the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA). For more information on this exam, please see below

ATTENTION: After passing your REHS/RS examination, please complete this NEHA Score Transfer Form and submit it to NEHA. Please allow NEHA 2-weeks for processing before submitting your licensing application.
