On July 1, 2023, HB 312 was enacted which requires all healthcare providers who utilize the services of a third-party medical records company to report this information to the Division of Professional Licensing. Beginning January 1, 2023, backdated supervisor verification forms will no longer be accepted by the Division. For more information, please click here.
Effective July 1, 2021, students in social work who are in their final semester of graduate school, will no longer be allowed to take the ASWB exam before finishing their coursework. For more information, please review this important message from the Utah State Social Worker Licensing Board
