The following requirements must be met:

• Have current General Liability Insurance as outlined in R156-79-302, covering at a minimum:
  
  • $25,000 for property damage
  • $100,000 for bodily injury or death or one individual in a single accident, and
  • $300,000 for bodily injury or death to all individuals in a single accident.
