Apply for a Temporary Physician Assistant License

Temporary licensure is an optional license available for applicants who have not previously passed the PANCE examination required for the Physician Assistant classification.
The following requirements must be met:
- Complete all sections of the Physician Assistant application including the Temporary License.
- Documentation of meeting the education requirements. Submit one of the following:

- Official transcripts documenting a degree from an ARC-PA accredited school;
OR - Certification of Completion of Physician Assistant Education .
- Official transcripts documenting a degree from an ARC-PA accredited school;

- Affidavit of Collaboration .
